About me

Started music journey with organ at the age of 10 in Yamaha music centre. Learning guitar officially at teenage time with acoustic guitar and completing classical guitar Grade 8 under Trinity College London board.

Under the guidance of Mr Tang Yue Shiang (Master of Music ,Texas Tech University School of Music, USA). Ms Yong have completed Licentiate Trinity College London (LTCL) in 2014. And still, preparing for the highest level of diploma, Fellowship Trinity College London (FTCL)

Ms Yong have also completed the Grade 8 music theory with ABRSM under the guidance of Ms Ho Sun Sun (Majoring and specialized in Piano Pedagogy, Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Illinois. USA.)

Eeleng Yong have achieved final shortlisted 5 in Cardiff Guitar Festival Beauchamp Scholarship 2017.

Through the years, Ms Yong have attended master class and workshop with world finest classical guitarist, Yang Xue Fei (China), Berta Rojas (Paraguay), Giodano Passini (Italy), Meng Su (China) , Lukasz Kuropaczewaki (Poland), Dr. Tariq Harb (Jordan) and Dragos Ilie (Romania) to pursuing further technique advancement.

She has been teaching in various music centre from Kota damansara, petaling jaya to Senawang, Seremban in her teaching career for the pass 13 years. Student with the range of age from 5 to 60 years old. In different aim of learning from sing a long, finger-style, ukulele and to classical guitar.
